Mcdonald's: Latinos react to spicy chisme
Content partnership
For the release of the new Spicy Chicken McNuggets, we pitched a content partnership with We Are Mitú, a popular content hub among Latinx. We wanted to create a through-line between Latinx cultural truths and the sensation/flavor of this new product. So we worked together Mitú to create a special edition of their flagship show Latinos React where their personalities react to specific topics or taboo subjects. We found that in pop culture and through research, Latinx find comfort in trading gossip aka chisme. So we centered the idea around trading spicy chisme while eating spicy nuggets. The result is entertaining and pretty heart-warming since the son/dad combo have great chemistry.
