Legendary head coach Tom Flores is a Latino sports pioneer, whose journey to being the best gave him the nickname “Iceman”. But while his status was mostly recognized by Raiders Nation, he still wasn’t recognized as an NFL hall of famer.

Coors Light’s big bet to appeal to Latinos was to get him in.
